Jonathon brings over 20 years of experience in the analysis and modelling of data and the development of psychometric testing methods.

has experience in a broad range of statistical and data analytical methods including survey design, structural equation modeling, multilevel modeling, benchmarking and accountability modelling,
Bayesian estimation, Monte Carlo simulation and system optimisation, missing data modeling (e.g., multiple imputations), scale construction, and data structuring and manipulation. Jonathon's first degree was in social science majoring in political science. Changing direction, he completed a degree in psychology – graduating with first class honours. A masters degree in psychology followed. Several competitively awarded scholarships supported him to complete a PhD in statistics and psychology at the Australian National University – focused on psychometrics, multilevel structural equation modelling and mental health. His PhD was awarded the Korten Prize at the ANU.

Originally from Perth, Western Australia, Jonathon began his career as a Research Psychologist. He's been a Visiting Fellow at the Australian National University, Research Fellow at Melbourne University and has worked as a Research Manager and consultant with a number of private and public sector organisations.
